Miss. Betty Lou Brown, age 81, of Barbourville, died Sunday, July 15, 2018 in the Barbourville Health and Rehabilitation Center. She was a daughter of the late Roy and Orangie Mae (Phipps) Brown, born to them on July 13, 1937.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters: Helen Ruth (Brown) Faher and Kimberly Brown.

She is survived by her Half-Sister: Karen (Brown) Tutt of Middletown, Ohio; and many other relatives and dear friends to mourn her passing.

Funeral Services for Miss. Betty Lou Brown will be 12:00 Noon on Wednesday, July 18, 2018 in the Hopper Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Glenn Collins officiating.  Burial will follow in the Tinsley Cemetery at Trosper.

Those serving as Pallbearers will be Family and Friends.

The Brown family will receive friends after 11:00 am on Wednesday at the Hopper Funeral Home, and until the funeral hour.

Hopper Funeral Home will be in charge of arrangements.
