Betty Lou Deaton, 84, of Florence, KY, passed away Friday, February 15, 2013 at St. Elizabeth Hospice, Edgewood, KY. She was a retired Tax Examiner with the Internal Revenue Service. She was a member of Florence Baptist Church at Mt. Zion, Florence, KY. She was preceded in death by her Husband, Thomas Deaton, in 2007, 1 Son Thomas A. Deaton Jr., in 2000, and1 Brother Jack Harrison. She is survived by 1 Daughter Vikki L. Deaton-Downing, 2 Sons Timothy Clark Deaton and Tracy Harrison Deaton, 2 Sisters Christine Lewis and Ann Adams, 1 Brother Terry Harrison, 10 Grandchildren, and 14 Great Grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to Florence Baptist Church at Mt. Zion, 642 Mt. Zion Rd., Florence, KY 41042.
Visitation will be from 4 – 8 P.M., Monday, February 18 at the funeral home.

Funeral Service will be at 11:00 A.M., Tuesday, February 19 at Stith Funeral Home, 7500 U.S. 42, Florence, KY 41042.
