Beulah Ledford age 94, of Barbourville, was born on July 12, 1922 in
Knox County, Kentucky. She was a daughter of the late George Relaford
and Pearl Garland Relaford. Beulah died Saturday, July 1, 2017 in the Baptist Health, Corbin, Kentucky. She was a member of the Boone Height Pentecostal Church and was a homemaker. On December 21, 1946, she united in marriage to John Ledford. Along with her parents and
husband John, she was preceded in death by; a son , Jimmy McKen Ledford, her sister, Vernie Mae Gray, and brother, Herman Relaford.
Beulah is survived by her loving children, Jerry Ledford and wife, Jane of Corbin; David Ledford and wife, Joann of Florida and Jimmy Ledford and wife,Joann of Akron, Ohio; daughters; Sharon Ledford and Kathy Hurley and husband, Willie all of Barbourville; her thirteen grandsons and grand daughter, Robin Warren; ten great grandchildren and one great great grandchild, special nieces, Joann Moore, and husband, Larry of Richmond, Indiana; Peggy LeFevers of Turkey Creek Community and special friend, Mary Barnes.
Funeral Services for Beulah Ledford will be conducted in the Hopper Funeral Home Chapel, Tuesday, July 4, 2017 at 1:00 p.m., with Rev. Charles Henson, Rev. Lesley Broughton and Rev. Ray Dean officiating.
Burial will follow in the Barbourville Cemetery with, Grandsons,
Chuck Ledford, Tyler Ledford, Eddie Ray Hurley, Devon Hurley, Brayden
Elliott, Todd Hurley, Rusty Hurley, Matthew Warren and Kevin Ledford
serving as pallbearers. Honorary Pallbearers will be, Dr. Martha Combs Woolum, Staffs at the Knox County Health Department, Pineville Community Hospital, Baptist Health, Corbin; and all dear friends and neighbors. Friends will be received at the Hopper Funeral Home, Monday, 6:00 to 9:00 pm and after 9:00 am Tuesday until the funeral hour at 1:00 pm. Hopper Funeral Home is in charge of all arrangements.
