Bill Dunn, age 53, of Barbourville, died Wednesday, November 4, 2015 in the Knox County Hospital.
He was a son of the late Kelso Madison and Ruby Kathryn Miller Dunn, born to them on September 25, 1962 at Fortney Branch in Knox County.
Bill was a Member of the Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church.
On July 22, 1983, he united in marriage to JoAnn Rose, and to this union two daughters: Briana and Megan were born.
He was preceded in death by his father and mother: Kelso Madison and Ruby Kathryn Miller Dunn; his brother: Charles Dunn; his grandson: Jacob Daniel Price; and his mother-in-law: Bernice Rose.
Bill is survived by his loving family: his wife of over 32 years: JoAnn Rose Dunn of Barbourville.
His two daughters: Briana Dunn and Megan Dunn Price both of Barbourville.
His grandson: Jagan Taylor Price of Barbourville.
His brothers and sisters: Andy Dunn and wife, Judy of Corbin; Woody Dunn and wife, Judy of Lily; Kelso Dunn, Jr. and wife, Eva of San Diego, California; Brenda Bodie and husband, James of Barbourville; Carson Dunn and wife, Carol of Barbourville; Beverly Jordan and husband, Jerry of Barbourville; Ronnie Dunn of Barbourville; and Zelma Lewis of Barbourville.
His sister in law: Sue Dunn of Indiana.
His father in law: John Rose of Barbourville.
His sister in law: Jeanetta Walker and husband, Jimmy of Barbourville.
His two brothers in law: David Rose of Barbourville; and Jimmy Rose and wife, Kathy of Flat Lick; and a host of nieces and nephews, and other relatives and dear friends to mourn his passing.
Funeral Services for Bill Dunn will be 2:00 P.M. Saturday, November 7, 2015 in the Hopper Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Jim Bargo officiating.
Burial will follow in the Patterson Cemetery at Heidrick.
Those serving as Pallbearers will be: Michael Dunn, Scott Dunn, Todd Dunn, Shawn Deaton, Andy Dunn and Jimmy Rose.
Those serving as Honorary Pallbearers will be: The Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church Family, Benny Broughton, and Silas Smith.
The Dunn family will receive friends at the Hopper Funeral Home after 6:00 PM pn Friday, and after 9:00 AM on Saturday until the funeral hour.
Hopper Funeral Home will be in charge of arrangements.
