Billy Farmer, age 45, of Barbourville, Kentucky, passed away on Monday, June 3, 2019 at his home. He was born on January 11, 1974 in Pineville, KY to the late Bill Farmer, Jr. and Alice Mills Farmer who survives. He was an electrician, veteran of the US Navy and of the Baptist faith. Mr. Farmer loved to Garden, UK sports and just being outside.

He was preceded in death by his father, Bill Farmer, JR; his wife, Amy Farmer; his grandparents, Ethel Smith, W.O. and Edith Farmer; and his uncle, Eddie Farmer.

Survivors include his loving mother, Alice Mills Farmer of Corbin; his son, Jordan Evans of Barbourville; his sister, Missy Hammons and husband Duane of Lawrenceburg, KY; his niece, Kendra Bays and husband Steven of Cincinnati, OH; his nephew, Austin Hammons and wife Holly of Louisville, KY; his uncles; Jimmy Smith and wife Gwen of Girdler Walter Farmer and wife Carol of Bailey Switch, and Harold Farmer of Girdler; his aunt: Juanita Burnette  of Heidrick; his close friends; Nathan Carter, Rob Reel, Michael Jones, Donnie Bolton and Tonya Dye Partin. Mr. Farmer is also survived by many dear cousins and other relatives and friends to mourn his passing.

Memorial services will be 2:00 PM Saturday June 8, 2019 at the Locust Grove Baptist Church with Rev. Leonard Lester officiating. The family will receive friends after 12:00 noon Saturday at the church.
