Bobby Joe Dillow, 80, of Artemus, died Wednesday, June 24, 2015 at Continue Care Hospital in Corbin. Bob was born in Floyd County, KY on June 5, 1935 to the late, Eddie and Myrtle (Stewart) Dillow. He was a retired worker for the Cadillac Division of General Motors, and a member of Artemus Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty (Thomas) Dillow on October 25, 2005, two brothers, Jerry and Richard Dillow, and a brother-in-law, Earl Horn.

Surviving are his daughters, Terri (Lesley) Watson of Sebring, FL, Susan Dillow of Las Vegas, NV, step-daughters, Glenda Fleurette of Addison, MI, Pam Lockwood of Barbourville, a brother, Dave (Anna) Dillow of Fountain Hills, AZ, a sister, Janet Horn of Wayne, MI, and special granddaughters, Samantha (Jeremy) Beall of Fort Lewis, WA, Shelby (James) Moran of O'Fallon, MO, grandson Cory Fleurette (Aimee) of Celina, OH and several great-grandchildren, and a special family friend, Doddie Lawson of Artemus.

Funeral services will be at 10:00 am on Monday, June 29, at Hopper Funeral Home with Rev. Ralph Halcomb and Rev. Michael Ticknor officiating. Burial will be in the Barbourville Cemetery with, Justin Williams, Jerry Boles, Don Carter, Howard Carter, Josh Watkins and Terry Taylor serving as pallbearers. Visitation will be from 6 to 9 pm Sunday and after 9:00 am Monday,until the funeral hour at 10:00 am.
The Dillow Family has requested that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the Artemus Baptist Church.
