Colleen Hamilton Blevins, age 64, of Artemus, died Friday, May 9, 2014 at her home.
She was a daughter of the late Floyd D. and Edna Smith Hamilton, born to them on August 11, 1949 at Little Brush Creek.

Colleen worked for the R.E.C.C. for over 20 years, before retiring.
She was a Born Again Believer, and she loved to Sing, go to Church, and go to Camp Meetings with her Parents.

On August 7, 1993, she united in marriage to James Leon "Jimmy" Blevins.

She was preceded in death by her parents: Floyd D. and Edna Smith Hamilton; and by her husband: James Leon "Jimmy" Blevins on January 14, 2012.

She is survived by her loving family: Her two sisters: Ruby Cain and husband, John of Mt. Washington, Kentucky; and Jean Carroll and husband, Terry of Atlanta, Georgia.
Her five nieces and nephews: Carol Broughton, Alan Cain, Benjamin Cain, Anthony Allgood and Amanda Allgoood; and many other dear relatives and dear friends to mourn her passing.

Memorial Services for Colleen Hamilton Blevins will be 4:00 P.M. Tuesday, May 13, 2014 in the Hopper Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Tommy Frazier officiating.

Family and friends of Colleen Hamilton Blevins will be received at the Hopper Funeral Home after 2:00 P.M. Tuesday and until the hour of service.

Hopper Funeral Home will be in charge of arrangements.
