David Michael Woolum, 59,
died Wednesday, Oct. 21, 2015,
at Saint Joseph Hospital in Lexington, KY.

Funeral service will be at 2:00 PM, Saturday, Oct. 24,
at Hopper Funeral Home in Barbourville, KY with Rev. James Vandy officiating.

Visitation with the family will be from 12:00 to 2:00 PM
immediately prior to the funeral service.

Burial will follow at the Barbourville Cemetery.

He was born April 24, 1956. He was a resident of Lexington, KY.

Survivors include his parents, Roy and Aline Woolum,
and his sister, Gena Woolum Henson, Hopkinsville, KY;
his brother, Kyle Woolum, Pompano Beach, FL; his
nephew, Dustin Henson (Kristy) and his two nieces,
Annabelle and Evelyn Henson, Gonzales, LA; and
his companion, Linda Crowley, Lexington, KY.

Hopper Funeral Home will be in charge of arrangements.
