Donna V. Wagner age 75, of Knox County, Kentucky, was born on
November 10, 1939 in Bell County, Kentucky. She was a daughter of the
late Oscar Roark and Mattie Girtman Roark. Donna died Friday, July
17, 2015 at the Rockcastle Regional Hospital and Respiratory Care
Center in Mount Vernon, Kentucky. Donna was the widow of Con Wagner.
Along with her parents and husband, Con, Donna was preceded in death
by a daughter, Patricia; brother, Harold; sisters; Arlena, Nadine, Brenda and Beulah and her loving grandmother, Fannie Johnson.

Donna is survived by her daughter, Diana Russell of Indiana; grandchildren; R.T. Russell, Michael Shepherd, Jared Shepherd and
Bill Shepherd; her great grandchildren; LaBella Shepherd and William
Michael Matlock; her sisters; Carrie Lowe of Barbourville; Launa
Charleton and Juanita Gray both of Boone Height and Elsie King of
Indiana and many other dear relatives.

Funeral Services for Donna V. Wagner will be conducted in the Hopper
Funeral Home Chapel, Tuesday, July 21, 2015 at 2:00 pm, with Rev. Jimmy Lee officiating. Burial will follow in the Barbourville Cemetery with family members and friends serving as pallbearers. Honorary Pallbearers will be: Dr. Talmadge Hayes and staff at the Rockcastle Regional Hospital and Respiratory Care Center. Friends will be received at the Hopper Funeral Home Tuesday after 12:00 noon until the funeral hour at 2:00 pm. Hopper
Funeral Home is in charge of all arrangments.
