Doris G. Carty, 85, of Middletown, Ohio, widow of the late Wiliam J. Carty, died Sunday, July 13, 2014 at her home. Doris was born October 6, 1928 to the late Charlie F, and Ellen Black Helton. She was also preceded in death by four brothers, Alvin, Charles, Clifton, and Larry J. Helton.
Surviving is a daughter, Jackie Acra and husband, Michael of Middletown, three sisters, Barbara Othelllo Evans of Courtland, Ontario, Canada, Janice Kinman of London, Carol Smith and husband Bert of London, and a brother, Douglas D Helton and wife Jeanie of Barbourville, many nieces, nephews and friends. Services will be 12 p.m. Thursday, July 17, 2014 at Wilson-Schram-Spalding Funeral Home in Middletown, Ohio with interment in Mt.Pleasant Cemetery in West Middletown, Ohio.
