Edna Mae Williams Foley, age 81, of North Broadway, Barbourville, died Saturday, January 5, 2013 at her home.
She was a daughter of the late Thomas and Stella Chaffin Williams, born to them on November 12, 1931 at Balkan, Kentucky.

Edna Mae was a well known Knox County Registered Nurse, and a member of the First Methodist Church of Barbourville since 1956.

On December 25, 1953, she united in marriage to Richard Clinton Foley, Jr., and to this union four sons and four daughters were born.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Clinton Foley, Jr., on January 18, 1995 and a sister, Frances "Pug" Christophus.

Mrs. Foley is survived by her loving family: her four sons: Jim Tom Foley and wife, Carolyn; Greg Foley and wife, Judy; Dennis Foley, and Robert (Bob) Foley.
Her four daughters: Linda, Teresa, Nancy and Sheri Owens and husband, Mike all of Barbourville.
Her 10 Grandchildren, and 7 great grandchildren.
Her two brothers: Robert V. Williams and MacArthur Williams.
Her two sisters: Kitty Hogg and Janet Rumptz; and many nieces and nephews, and other relatives and friends to mourn her passing.

Memorial Service for Edna Mae Williams Foley will be held on Wednesday, January 9, 2013 at 2:00 P.M. in the Hopper Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Bob King officiating.

The Foley family will receive friends at the Hopper Funeral Home on Wednesday January 9, 2013 after 10:00 A.M. until the hour of service at 2:00 P.M.

Hopper Funeral Home will be in charge of arrangements.
