Ernest C. Trent, also known as Joe Pain, passed away in Kenosha Wisconsin after a battle with lung cancer, surround by family and friends on July 18th 2017.

Ernest was born December 6th, 1944 to Noah and Ester Trent in Harlan Kentucky. He was born into a large family of ten boys and eight girls. Ernest, a proud Army Veteran, had a love of country music and Entertaining. Ernest met the love of his life, Debra Trent, while playing on the road. They went on to form the Joe Pain and Debbie Lynn Show.

They were married July 8th, 1981 and had two sons, Joseph and James (Marianne) Trent. He was a loving Grandfather to his two grandchildren Peyton and Bradley Trent.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, July 26th at 11 a.m. at Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Union Grove.
