Farrel Hinkle age 54, of Coles Branch, was born on January 19, 1959,in Bell County, Kentucky. He was a son of Versia Broughton Hinkle and the late Everett Hinkle.
Farrel died at his home, Monday, December 23, 2013. He was a former employee of East Kentucky Steel at Gray, Kentucky. Farrel believed in the Baptist Faith. Along with his father, Everett, he was preceded in death by; a sister, Kathy and a son, Adam.

Farrel is survived by his two sons; Joe Hinkle and Luke Hinkle Coles Branch; grandchildren; Madison, Ethan, Evan, Tanner and McKindlyn; his dear mother; Versia Broughton
Hinkle of Coles Branch; and his brothers; Danny Hinkle and Frank Hinkle of Coles Branch and Terry Hinkle and wife, Martha of Corbin.

Funeral Services for Farrel Hinkle will be conducted Saturday, December 28, 2013 at 1:00 pm in the Hopper Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jerry Smith and Rev. Herman Mills officiating. Burial will follow in the Hinkle Family Cemetery at Coles Branch, with Family Members and Friends serving as pallbearers. Friends will be received at the Hopper Funeral Home Friday after 6:00 pm and on Saturday after 10:00 am until the funeral hour at 1:00 pm. Hopper Funeral Home is in charge of all arrangements.
