Irene Bingham age 79, of Barbourville, left this life Saturday, September 16, 2017 in the Barbourville Health and Rehabilation Center. Irene was born on February 20, 1938 in Corinth, Mississippi. She was the daughter of the late Clint Skelton and Billie Turner Skelton. Irene was a member of the First Advent Christian Church in Barbourville. She enjoyed Sewing and spending time with her pet dogs. Along with her parents, Irene was preceded in death by her husband, Lowell Edward Barnes and a daughter, Tena Henson Davis.

Irene is survived by her loving son, Gary and loved as a son ,Michael "Nappy" Buchanan, as well as her grandchildren Chad Mills, Angie Mills Helton and husband, Mike; her great grandchildren, Taylor Mills, Kaylum Mills, Piper Mills, Peyton Smith, Corey Bruner, Michael Bruner, Dalton Brock, Sarah Helton and Chloe Bailey. She is also survived by her special friend, Bill Coker.

There will be a Memorial Service at the Advent Christian Church in Barbourville, Wednesday, September 20, 2017 at 6:30pm with Rev. Leonard Lester officiating. Graveside Services for Irene will be conducted at the Oak Grove Cemetery in Iuka, Mississippi Thursday,
September 21, 2017 at 7:00 p.m., with Rev. Leonard Lester officiating.
Friends will be received at the Oak Grove Cemetery in Iuka, Mississippi after 6:00 pm until the graveside service at 7:00 pm.
The family of Irene Bingham have suggested that memorials may be made to the Advent Christian Church in loving memory of Irene Bingham.
