Jack Lewis Clark, age 76, of Hwy 779, Rockholds, Kentucky passed away on Monday, April 18, 2016 at Baptist Health in Corbin, Kentucky.
He was born on July 22, 1939 in Boone Height, Kentucky to Edward Clark and Mae Sue Melton Clark.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Mae Sue Clark; sisters, Rea Dawson, Ruth Martin, Hortence Farmer, and Katherine Joann Poindexter; and brothers, Bill Clark and Harold Clark.
He was an avid lover of Whitley County Athletics, while supporting his grandchildren. He was a Faithful fan of the UK Wildcats and the Cincinnati Reds. He was on the Whitley County Farm Bureau Board of Directors and the Whitley County Conservation District Board of Directors, Owner of Clark Feed and Fertilizer for over 36 years, and a member and Deacon of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife, Sue Powell Clark of Rockholds, Kentucky; two daughters, Kimberly Medley (husband Terrell) of Rockholds, Kentucky and Cymbre Crisologo (husband John) of Rockholds, Kentucky; son, Coleman Jack (CJ) Clark (Fiancé Angie Mills) of Rockholds, Kentucky; seven grandchildren, Monica Love (Randy), Aaron Clark Miller, Corey Crisologo, Casey Jack Crisologo, Shelby Clark, Peyton Smith, and Sarah Clark; two great grandchildren, Connor Love and Cameron Jack Love; sister-in-law, Mary Clark of Thornsby, Alabama; several nieces and nephews and a host of other family and friends to mourn his passing.
Visitation will be after 5:00 P.M. on Thursday, April 21, 2016 at Croley Funeral Home.
The Funeral Service will be at 1:00 P.M. Friday, April 22, 2016 at the Croley Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Ralph Jones and Rev. Bill Mackey officiating. He will be laid to rest in the Barbourville City Cemetery, Barbourville, Kentucky.
