Jackson Henry Tuttle Jr. age 66 of Louisville, Kentucky, was
born on December 16, 1949 in Barbourville, Kentucky. He was
a son of the late Jackson Henry Tuttle and Mary Jane Sizemore
Tuttle. Mr. Tuttle died Sunday, July 17, 2016 at Hosparus in
the Health Care Pavillion at Norton Hospital in Louisville.
Mr. Tuttle was a retired employee of the Ford Motor Company
and was a Army Veteran of the Vietnam War. On July 31, 1971,
he united in marriage to Gaye Lois Messer and to this union
three children were born. Along with his parents, he was
preceded in death by: a daughter, Tracey Loretta Tuttle;
sisters; Betty Woehler and Edith Tuttle; brothers;
Donnie Tuttle and Charles Tuttle.
Mr. Tuttle is survived by his beloved wife, Gaye Lois Tuttle of
Louisville; his children; James Tuttle and wife, Lisa of
Louisville; Kimberly Tuttle Love and husband, Gary of Louisville;
his dear grandchildren; Jessica, James, Justin, Joshua, Jaley,
and Jordynn; sisters; Ruby Whitt of West Virginia; Doris White
and husband, Luther of Louisville; brothers; Forester "Frosty"
Tuttle and wife, Fannie Mae of London, Kentucky; Rev. Lonnie
Tuttle and wife, Jeanetta of North Carolina; Mike Tuttle and wife,
Karen; Carlos Tuttle all of Louisville; and Gary Tuttle of
Elizabethtown, Kentucky.
Funeral Services for Jackson Henry Tuttle will be conducted in
the Hopper Funeral Home Chapel, Wednesday, July 20, 2016 at
12:00 noon with Rev. Lonnie Tuttle officiating. Burial will follow
in the Sizemore Cemetery at Bimble with family members serving
as pallbearers. Friends will be received at the Hopper Funeral
Home, Tuesday after 6:00 pm and Wednesday after 9:00 am until
the funeral hour at 12:00 noon. Hopper Funeral Home will be in
charge of all arrangements.
