Juanita Shell, age 62 of Lily, KY, wife of Johnny Shell, passed away on Monday, November 14 at Baptist Health Hospital in Corbin, KY.

Along with her loving husband, she leaves behind her mother, Georgia Abner Mills; one son, Darren Wayne Shell and wife Kateena of Lily, KY; four siblings, Patricia Adams and husband Dewayne, Linda Nicholson and husband Jimmy, Barbara Powell and husband Clifton, Michael Mills and wife Ashley, all of London, KY; one grandson, Blake Shell, plus a host of other family and friends to mourn her passing.

She was preceded in death by her father, Clyde Mills.

She was a seamstress, working with the Coyne Textile Service of London, KY for 12 years and with Warner Brothers of Barbourville, KY for 18 years. She was also a homemaker and member of Star of Bethlehem Church. She will be greatly missed by all of her family and friends.

Funeral services for Juanita Shell will be conducted on Thursday, November 17 at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of House-Rawlings Funeral Home with Bro. Eugene Gentry and Bro. Wayne House officiating. Burial will follow in the Mt. Olivet Cemetery. The family will receive friends after 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 16, at the funeral home.
