Justice "Herman" Hamilton, age 68, of Barbourville, died Saturday, December 28, 2013 at his home.
He was a son of the late Ledford and Hester Bays Hamilton, born to them on August 29, 1945 at Little Brush Creek.

Herman was a believer in GOD.

On August 10,1966, he united in marriage to Diane Caldwell and to this union two daughters: Joanna and Elizabeth were born.

Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his three brothers: R.L. Hamilton, Winston Reed Hamilton and Bill Fred Hamilton; and by his two sisters: Rose Miller and Patsy Hamilton.

He is survived by his two loving daughters: Joanna Hamilton and Elizabeth Hamilton Perkins of Detroit, Michigan.
His four grandchildren: Krystal English, Jessica English, Robert Hamilton and Mark Forester.
His six great grandchildren.
His two brothers: Roy Hamilton and wife, Yvonne of Taylor, Michigan; and Ledford Hamilton and wife, Joan of Artemus.
His two sisters: Mary Lou Davis of Barbourville; and Faye Shelton and husband, Charles of Crittenden, Kentucky.
His two sisters-in-law: Connie Hamilton of Jarvis; and Loretta Gentry of London; and a host of nieces and nephews, and other relatives and dear friends to mourn his passing.

Graveside Service for Justice "Herman" Hamilton will be 3:00 P.M. Saturday, January 4, 2014 at the Burch Alford Cemetery at Artemus with Rev. Ray Dean officiating.
Those serving as Pallbearers will nephews.

Hopper Funeral Home will be in charge of arrangements.

The Hamilton family will receive friends after 1:00 P.M. on Saturday at the Hopper Funeral Home.
