Kenneth Mills, 72, of Ewing, VA and formerly of Knox County, passed away Friday, December 5, 2014 at the Physicians Regional Medical Center in Knoxville, TN.
He was born in Knox County, KY May 15, 1942 the son of the late Rev. Lester and Dorothy Mills.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brothers: Alvie Mills, Lester Mills, Albert Mills, and Nephew: Terry Mills.

He is survived by the following members of his family:
Wife: Shirley Mills of Ewing, VA
3 Children: Kendrah Mills (Ken) Carter of Clinton, TN, Daniel Mills of Mt. Vernon, KY, Christina (Eric) Hudson of Middlesboro, KY
Grandchildren: Noah Carter, Zachary Mills, Wesley Mills, Logan Hudson, Adrianna Hudson
Brothers: Whitley (Sue) Mills of Turkey Creek, KY, Arthur (Betty) Mills of Girdler, KY, Perry (Mary Faye) Mills of Bimble, KY, Lois Mills of Bimble, KY
Sisters: Elizabeth Mills of Bimble, KY, Opal (Doug) Dozier of Bimble, KY.
And a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, December 8, at the Creech Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Mike Helton, Elder Odell Wilson, Mr. Ken Carter presiding. Music will be provided by Katie and Chris Stotts
Interment will follow in the Wilder Cemetery at Calvin, KY. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be Bailey Jones, Alan Sharp, Doug Dozier.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. Sunday, December 7, at the Creech Funeral Home.
