Patricia "Pat" O'Neal Terrell, of Louisville, Kentucky, and formerly of Barbourville, died Monday, January 12, 2015 in Louisville.

She was a daughter of the late Raymond and Ruth Peace O'Neal, born to them in Corbin.

Pat was a Homemaker, and a member of the Shively Baptist Church in Louisville.

She was preceded in death by her parents: Raymond and Ruth Peace O'Neal; her step-father: Kay Whitson; and by her brother: Ray O'Neal.

She is survived by her loving family: her husband, Joe.
Her two children: Debra Bannon and husband, John; and Michael Terrell.
Her granddaughter: Kimberly Baker and husband, Jonathan.
Her four brothers: Harold Whitson and wife, Cheryl; Phil Whitson and wife, Connie; Ket Whitson and wife, Gail; and David Whitson and wife, Bonnie.
Her two sisters: Brenda Edwards and Zona Whitson.
Her sister-in-law: Glenda; and many other relatives and dear friends to mourn her passing.

Visitation for Patricia "Pat" O'Neal Terrell will be from 5:00 until 8:00 P.M. on Thursday, January 15, 2015 at the Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway, Louisville, Kentucky.

Funeral Services will be 10:00 A.M. Friday, January 16, 2015 in the Owen Funeral Home Chapel.

Burial with a Graveside Service will be in Barbourville on Friday, January 16, 2015 at 3:30 P.M. at the Barbourville Cemetery with Rev. Mike Helton officiating.
