Ruth Smith Mills age 81, of Gray, was born on June 30, 1933 in Knox
County, Kentucky. She was a daughter of the late Andy Smith and
Sarah Gray Smith. Ruth died Sunday, November 23, 2014 in the Baptist
Health, Corbin, Kentucky. She was a member of the Keck Missionary
Baptist Church. On November 15, 1947, she united in marriage to
Ralph Mills. Along with her parents, Ruth was preceded in death
by her husband, Ralph of sixty-seven years and a son, Ronnie Mills.

Ruth is survived by her beloved Sons; Oren Mills and wife, Kathi;
Arland Mills and wife, Sue and Randall Mills all of Gray; Grandchildren; Heather Schwarzen and husband, Christopher of Sultan,
Washington; `Preston Mills of North Carolina; Bradley Mills and wife,
Karen of Mount Sterling, Kentucky; Penny Baker and Husband, Jamie of
Louisville, Kentucky and Sarah Fox of Gray; ten Great Grandchildren;
Sisters-in-law; Betty Sue Mills of Corbin; Axie Mills and Husband,
Mark of Knox County, Kentucky; and Lizzie Mills and Husband, Russell
of Jarvis. Ruth also leaves many Nieces, Nephews and Friends to mourn
her passing.

Funeral Services for Ruth Smith Mills will be conducted in the Hopper
Funeral Home Chapel, Wednesday, November 26, 2014 at 1:00 pm with
Rev. James Siler officiating. Burial will follow in the Gray Cemetery
at Gray, Kentucky, with Family Members and Friends serving as pallbearers. Friends will be received at the Hopper Funeral Home,
Tuesday after 6:00 pm and Wednesday after 10:00 am until the funeral hour at 1:00 pm. Hopper Funeral Home is in charge of all arrangements.
