Barbourville, Ky. - Sheila Kay Partin , of Barbourville, passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by loving family, on September 20, 2020.  Sheila was born in Jenson, Kentucky on January 19, 1952 to the late Willard and Lida Lee Goins Garrison.

Sheila is survived by her husband of 52 years, Charles Wayne Partin, whom she loved her entire life, and by their two daughters, Jennifer Travers Skidmore (husband, Blair), and Jessica Partin Storm. Known affectionately as "Onie," Sheila was the adored grandmother of Tyler, Alexandra, Sebastian, Edison, Jane, Teben, Stephen, Vilia, Liza Jane and Ava. Sheila leaves behind a beloved sister, Debra Garrison Hauser and her husband Edward, along with nephew Jacob and niece Kayleigh.

In addition to her family, Sheila will be missed by the many friends who loved her dearly. To know Sheila Kay was to instantly like her and to have her as a friend was a special joy indeed. She was a generous spirit with a kind soul and a keen sense of humor that made all a little better for having known her.

A celebration of life for Sheila Kay will be scheduled at a later date.
