Vernia Deborah Barton, 54, of Corbin, died Friday, November 11, 2016 at her home. She was preceded in death by her son, Charles Barton, and her father, Noah Crit Garrison.
Survivors include her sons, Larkin Sullivan and Nathan Tanner, her mother, Mary Hollin Shorter, a brother, Tony Garrison, sisters, Christy Boggs and April Garrison, and many nieces , nephews, cousins, family and friends who mourn her passing.
Funeral services will be 1:00 pm Tuesday, November 15, 2016 at Vankirk-Grisel Funeral Home with Rev. Charlie Humfleet officiating. Burial will follow in the Hollin Cemetery in Knox County.
