Obituary

Will C. Hinkle, age 81, of Hinkle, died Sunday, May 3, 2015 in the Knox County Hospital.
He was a son of the late James A. Hinkle and Millie Warren Hinkle, born to them on January 24, 1934 in Knox County.

Mr. Hinkle retired from the Dry Wall Construction Business; and was a Member of the Beech Springs Baptist Church.

On December 20, 1952, he united in marriage to Lula Liford, and to this union a son Gary Lee Hinkle was born.

Along with his Parents; he was preceded in death by his Son: Gary Lee Hinkle; two grandchildren: Shanna Marie Hinkle and Crystal Annett Hinkle Deaton; his 10 brothers and sisters: Robert, Fred, Tip, Crit, Grant, Jim, B.P., Allie, Lizzie and Nellie.

His is survived by his loving family, his wife of over 62 years: Lula Liford Hinkle of Hinkle.
His two grandchildren: Bennie James Hinkle and Alicia Lee Hinkle both of Hinkle.
His two great grandchildren: Travis Deaton and Devin Deaton.
His two sisters: Bertha and Cleda of Dayton, Ohio; and many nieces and nephews, and other relatives and friends to mourn his passing.

Funeral Services for Will C. Hinkle will be 2:00 P.M. Friday, May 8, 2015 in the Hopper Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Roger Liford Officiating.
Burial will follow in the Hinkle Cemetery on Callebs Creek.
Those serving as Pallbearers will be: Carroll Fowler Jr., Jimmy Wynn, Charlie Hinkle, Finley Smith, Donnie Price and Marty Liford.

The Hinkle family will receive friends at the Hopper Funeral Home on Thursday from 6:00 until 9:00 pm., and after 9:00 am on Friday until the funeral hour.

Hopper Funeral Home will be in charge of arrangements.
