William Carl Kelly, age 66, of Barbourville, died Saturday, March 26, 2016 in the Barbourville ARH Hospital in Barbourville.

He was a son of David Kelly and Lucy Lowe Kelly, born to them on March 12, 1950 at Gray in Knox County.

Carl was a Coal Miner and a Mechanic.

He was preceded in death by a sister: Patricia Kelly Lundy

Carl is survived by his loving family: His two children: Theresa Sams and husband, James of Pineville; and David Kelly and wife, Robin of Crandell, Georgia.

His three grandchildren: Ray Mills and wife, Amber of Barbourville; Christina Mills of Illinois; and Ryan Kelly of Georgia.

His two brothers: Ricky Kelly of Williamsburg, Kentucky; and Dennis Kelly of Lily, Kentucky.

His five sisters: Vicky Kelly Gabany and husband, Joe of Port Saint Lucie, Florida; Reva Kelly of Gray; Sharon Kelly of Gray;Janice Kelly Lundy of Florida, and Louise Kelly Brandenburg, and a host of nieces and nephews, and other relatives, and dear friends to mourn his passing.

There will be a dinner in honor of my father on the property of his grandson Ray Mills on Highway #229 at Mile Marker #3, on Saturday, April 2, 2016 at 2:00 P.M. until the last person leaves.
