William "W.T." Baker age 77, of Gray, KY passed away Wednesday December 6,2017 at the UK Medical Center in Lexington. He was the husband of Annadee Hyden Baker and the son of the late William Taylor Baker and Bertia Davis Baker, born to them on them on March 21, 1940 at Dewitt, KY. He was a retiree of the General Motors Corporation in Warren, MI.
Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by mother-in-law Kitty Marie Hyden, sisters Zelma Hammons, Elsie Warden and Ellen Baker, as well as his brothers Denver, Lee Roy, Randall and Silas Francis Baker.
Along with his loving wife Annadee, he is survived by a son, Barry Baker of Gray, four gradchildren: Nicole Hibbard and husband Russell of Mesquite, TX, Jesse Baker of Hazard, Seth and Christina Baker both of Corbin, two great-grandchildren: Landon and Carson hibbard of Mesquite, Tx.
He is also survived by sisters Priscilla Abner and husband Clarence and Lila Farmer and husband Foister all of Barbourville. Along with a host of other nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends to mourn his passing.
Funeral services will be 3:00 PM Friday December 8, 2017 in the Hopper Funeral Home Chapel with Rev Josh Smith officiating. Burial will follow in the Barbourville Cemetery
Pallbearers will be: Jesse Baker, Seth Baker, Keith Baker, Steve Farmer, James Baker and William Raymond Baker serving as Pallbearers.
Honorary Pallbearers are: Russell Hibbard, George Hammons, Jim Adams, Curt Moore, Jeff Zigos, Glenn Baker and Gary Baker.
The family will receive friend after 12:00 noon on Friday and until the hour of service at Hopper Funeral Home.
