Wilma Lee Mills age 70 of Bimble passed away Monday May 21, 2018 at the U.K. Medical Center. She was born on May 2, 1948 to the late Cam Hensley and Dorothy Gray . On September 10, 1966 she was united in marriage to the late Ray Mills. She was a homemaker and she was a child of God of the Pentecostal faith.
Besides her parents and husband she was preceded in death by a grandson: Cody Ray Mills and a sisters: Lavinia Hensley and Robin Sweet.
She is survived by her daughter, Sherry Elliott and husband Rev. Jimmy Elliott of London. her sons: Ray Mills, Jr. of Greenroad, Steven Vance Mills of Bimble and Danny Lee Mills and wife Melissa Viola of Bimble, her brothers: Ike Hensley of Boone Heights, Michael Cam Hensley of Stinking Creek, Arnie Lewis of Corbin and Daniel Lewis of London, her sisters: Jean Carter of Boone Heights, Josie Hensley of Boone Heights, Rosemary Rutledge and husband Daniel of Gray, Arlene Lewis of Gray and Phyllis Lockhart of Corbin, her granchildren: Catrina Renea Gilliam and husband Tyler, Dustin Ray Mills, Dalton Ray Mills, Kayla Brooke Fields and husband Blake, Corey Wayne Elliott, Travis Mitchell and wife Lillian, her great grandchildren: Raelynn, Kiley, Kaley and Max. She is also survived by other dear friends and relatives to mourn her passing.
Funeral services will be conducted at the Hopper Funeral Home Chapel Friday May 25, 2018 2:00 P.M. with Rev. Jimmy Elliott officiating. Burial will follow in the Barbourville Cemetery with Danny Lee Mills, Ray Mills, Jr., Steven Vance Mills, Corey Wayne Elliott, Dustin Mills, and Tyler Gilliam serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers are all family and friends.
The family will receive friends at Hopper Funeral Home Thursday after 6:00 P.M. and Friday after 10:00 A.M. until the funeral hour.
